New Diet I’m starting tomorrow…or in 30mins I guess.
(I know its late but still)
“Make May Your Bitch”
1st week of May = 800 calories/day + 2 liquid fast days
2nd week of May = 500 calories/day + 1 water fast, 1 liquid fast
3rd week of May = 500 calories/day + 3 liquid fast
4th week of May = 300 calories/day + 2 liquid fast
5th week of May = 200 calories/day + 1 liquid fast
Extra “Bonus” calories avaliable = 1000 (for any screw-up)
If Need Be
- eating 10 almonds before work is acceptable.
Permitted without consequece:
- black coffee
- green tea
- water
- cigarettes
- gum
